It was about the conventional view that liking a girl for her looks is often regarded as an unholy blasphemous thing. So much so that famous actors who manage to get a model wife or girlfriend claim vigorously that they love their wives for her 'personality' or whatever.

But well, there's a different way to see it.

I mean, well, i believe that a girl's looks is like... some sort of a pull factor. Just something which gets you interested. Okay, how about an analogy. Let's imagine the opposite sex to be.... some sort of a candy shop? (okay it sounds alittle inappropriate for some reason, but just bear with it =.=) A girl's looks are just like the advertisements outside of it. But it might be that it's coz of all these advertisements that you get interested and step into the shop and take a look. And bam. That's where everything changes.

Okay, i can imagine thousands of girls with pitchforks about to chase me around, calling me an insensitive jerk.

Alright, hold the killing, for just a moment

Lets use that analogy and explain the different scenarios :

1.) girl not that smokin-attractive but guys still fall for her

Well, say, one day you got bored, and happened to step into a shop which seems rather typical from the outside. And this shop sells the best damn cookies/candies/whatever. You'd remember this shop no? And somehow, you'd remember where it is, what it looks like..... and if its good enough, it'd even have a special place in ur head/heart :)

Okay screw it, im too lazy to think of more scenarios where this maybe applicable. But my point is just when a guy marries some freakin hot/ sexy girl, whether its for her looks or her personality, if he answers either one, he's not being perfectly honest. Well, ultimately, what's important isn't why he fell for her but rather what made him decide to marry her :)
